This policy describes cancellation and refund rules for online website builder services on Blaxn.com. Users who purchase are deemed to accept it.
1. Nature of service
Blaxn.com delivers digital website builder services electronically, including hosting on Blaxn infrastructure, publishing, and (Plan 2) downloadable sources.
2. Right of withdrawal
Under Turkish consumer law, immediately performed digital content may be exempt from cancellation. After activation, withdrawal may not be available.
- No cancellation/refund after the service is activated.
- No refund after go-live of the website.
- No refund after source files are supplied (Plan 2).
By completing payment, the user consents to immediate performance.
3. Plan-specific notes
Plan 1
- Publishing activates after payment.
- No refund after performance begins.
Plan 2
- Downloads and digital entitlements are available after payment.
- No refund after download or launch activities begin.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be reviewed if the service was never started, a systemic failure prevented delivery, or duplicate charges occurred—subject to technical review.
5. No refund for buyer’s choice
Change of mind, content delays, third-party hosting/domain issues or unmet SEO expectations are not grounds for refund. Blaxn does not guarantee search rankings.
6. Payment provider
Issues caused solely by payment providers follow their procedures.
