Terms of use

These terms govern use of Blaxn.com and the Blaxn website builder. Anyone who accesses, registers or purchases accepts them.

1. Parties

Between Blaxn.com (sole proprietorship – İsmail Hakkı Aşıkkutlu) and the user (natural or legal person).

2. Service

Blaxn provides a standard themed website builder: account & email verification, panel access, brand/pages/SEO, plan selection and publishing. Custom software or bespoke theme design is not included.

3. Account and security

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and are responsible for actions under their account. Blaxn may suspend accounts for misleading information.

4. User content

Users are solely responsible for uploaded content (text, images, logos). Illegal or infringing content is prohibited. Blaxn may remove content or close accounts.

5. Plans and technical responsibility

Plan 1: subdomain under blaxn.com. Plan 2: panel features plus downloadable sources; user manages own domain/hosting/SSL. Users are responsible for FTP/hosting configuration on their side.

6. Fees and refunds

Fees are shown in the panel/checkout. Digital nature: no refunds after activation or delivery of digital content. Payment constitutes acceptance.

7. IP rights

Blaxn retains platform software and system IP. User owns their content. Copying, reselling or reverse engineering Blaxn’s platform is forbidden.

8. Suspension

Blaxn may suspend for illegal content, security threats, non-payment or abuse.

9. Disclaimer

Blaxn is not liable for user content, search rankings, third-party hosting/domain issues or payment network outages beyond its reasonable control.

10. Changes

Blaxn may update these terms; published version prevails.

11. Disputes

Consumer disputes: Turkish consumer bodies as applicable. Commercial disputes: courts in Konya, Türkiye.

12. Acceptance

Using the platform means the user accepts these terms.
