Scope of Services

Blaxn offers a range of advertising services, including but not limited to logo design, corporate identity, web design, SEO, digital marketing, and social media management. All services are provided based on availability, and we reserve the right to update or modify the scope of our services at any time.

Orders and Payment

• **Placing Orders**: Orders are placed exclusively through Blaxn’s official WhatsApp Business account. Clients will be redirected to our WhatsApp account for further communication regarding their service inquiries.
• **Payment Terms**: All services require full payment in advance. Payments are accepted via bank transfer only, made directly to the official account of Blaxn’s owner, İsmail Hakkı Aşıkkutlu. Blaxn does not accept online payment methods, credit cards, or virtual POS transactions.
• **Invoicing**: Invoices are issued within 3 business days of receiving payment. The total cost will be as agreed upon with the client prior to service initiation.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of the advertising and digital services provided by Blaxn, payments are non-refundable once services have been initiated. Cancellations may be requested prior to the commencement of any work, but Blaxn reserves the right to deny refund requests based on service progress.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for Blaxn to fulfill the services ordered. Any delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client will not be the responsibility of Blaxn.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines for each project are discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to project initiation. Blaxn strives to meet these timelines but will communicate promptly in cases of unforeseen delays.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the final deliverables. However, Blaxn retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality

Blaxn is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information and project details. All data and materials shared by the client for the purpose of project completion will be handled with care and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where legally required.

Changes to Terms

Blaxn may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
