The service is an online website builder offered digitally.

  • Register on the platform.
  • Access the builder panel.
  • Fill brand content, product/service pages, blog and basic SEO.
  • Standard professional theme; brand colours configurable.

The service is digital software/content delivery only.

3. Plans and pricing

Payment and final plan selection are made in the user panel. Amounts below are indicative; checkout prevails.

Plan 1 – Subdomain (one-time)

  • Published under blaxn.com/your-path.
  • List price USD 197.64 one-time (gross, taxes included). Currency at checkout.

Plan 2 – Custom domain package (one-time)

  • Includes Plan 1; downloadable source ZIP.
  • User manages domain, hosting and SSL.
  • List price USD 404.29 one-time (gross, taxes included).

4. Payment method

Secure payment infrastructure; single charge at checkout for the service.

5. Performance

Plan 1: publishing activated after payment. Plan 2: downloads available from the panel; user uploads to own server.

6. Withdrawal

Digital service with immediate performance. Under applicable Turkish rules, once the user agrees to immediate delivery, withdrawal may not apply after performance starts.

  • No fee refund after purchase and activation.
  • No refund for delivered digital content.

7. User responsibilities

User is responsible for lawful content, copyright compliance and accuracy of domain/FTP information. The service provider is not liable for disputes arising from user content.

8. Disputes

For consumers, Turkish consumer arbitration committees and courts at the user’s place of residence or the service provider’s location have jurisdiction.

9. Acknowledgement

By placing an order, the user confirms they have read and accepted this information electronically. This form is part of the distance sales agreement.
