Subject and scope
The agreement covers subscription, setup, content and publishing services delivered electronically. Service descriptions, pricing and billing periods are shown before checkout.
Order and confirmation
An order is formed when the customer completes checkout or accepts a written quote and receives confirmation by email. Access credentials or onboarding instructions may follow separately.
Delivery of digital services
Services are delivered electronically through the Blaxn platform. Timelines depend on the selected plan, onboarding data and customer approvals. Partial delivery may occur as modules become available.
Pricing, billing and taxes
Fees, currency, renewal terms and applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. Recurring plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled under the cancellation policy.
